Eric Ries is an entrepreneur and author credited with popularizing the lean startup movement. He is the founder of the Long Term Stock Exchange and a partner at the startup accelerator, Expa. Ries has also taught at Stanford University and was an early-stage advisor to companies such as Udemy, IMVU and Slideshare. His first book, The Lean Startup: How Today’s Entrepreneurs Use Continuous Innovation to Create Radically Successful Businesses, was published in 2011 and has become a bestseller.
